Office Admin Assistant Opportunity
We are seeking an organized and proactive Office Admin Assistant to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support and Organize: Assist in daily office tasks including filing, organizing documents, and maintaining office supplies.
- Communicate and Coordinate: Manage phone calls, emails, and other communications while providing general office support.
- Document and Track: Help with data entry, document management, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
- Assist and Collaborate: Work with various teams to provide administrative support for meetings, scheduling, and event coordination.
- Report and Update: Maintain office reports, update calendars, and track key tasks and projects to ensure smooth operations.
