As a key member of our client's team, you will contribute to their success and have the opportunity to grow and further develop your skills. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a reception or administrative role and be proficient in MS Office Suite.
### Responsibilities:
* Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times.
* Assist with document management, including filing, scanning, and photocopying.
* Support the administrative team with data entry, record-keeping, and general administrative tasks.
* Assist with other ad hoc duties as required by the team.
### Requirements:
* Previous experience in a reception or administrative role is preferred.
* Proficient computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
