Key Responsibilities- Prepare and cook food to order, following standardized recipes and plating guides.
- Assist with training and mentoring of junior team members.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of kitchen systems and sustainability initiatives.
- Ensure food quality and safety standards are met at all times.
- Participate in daily, weekly, and monthly trainings to stay up-to-date on kitchen operations and procedures.
