Senior Sales Executive

We are seeking an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team at Korn Ferry Digital. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and collaborating with senior HR and business leaders to drive growth and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing client relationships
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and deliver tailored solutions that address client needs
- Prepare complex proposals and presentations to showcase the value of our solutions
- Analyze client needs and develop creative solutions to drive business results
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level decision makers
Requirements:
- Deep expertise in Talent Management and Assessment & Selection, with a strong understanding of how our solutions support business issues
- Experience in developing new business and maintaining client relationships
- Established network in the UK and Ireland with potential key decision makers
- Entrepreneurial, bold, and creative approach to sales and business development
- Strong written, verbal communication, and presentation skills
