About the Role:

  • Support the growth of NSS Maintenance by managing client accounts and workloads
  • Process work orders and schedule reactive jobs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to operatives
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a similar role, ideally in construction and/or building industry
  • Strong PC skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and workload
