Customer Service Coordinator Role at NSS Maintenance

About the Job

NSS Maintenance is a nationwide working at height contractor with a strong presence in the commercial, retail, and industrial sectors. We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team and support our clients' accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage work orders efficiently
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across the UK
  • Schedule reactive jobs and provide support to operatives
  • Produce RAMS documents

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the construction and/or building industry
  • Strong PC skills and ability to learn new systems
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and workload
