Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children or young people with SEN, Autism, and behavioural needs in an educational setting.
Responsibilities:
- Support students with Autism, including those with ASD, in achieving their academic and social goals.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other professionals to develop and implement individualized learning plans.
Requirements:
- Relevant experience working with SEN, Autism, and behavioural needs.
- Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service.
- Patient and empathetic approach, with resilience to manage challenging behaviours.
