Teacher Assistant Opportunity

LTF Recruitment Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Teaching Assistant to support our SEN pupils in a primary school setting. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a vital role in helping our students achieve their full potential.

Your main responsibilities will include assisting class teachers in delivering lessons, managing classroom behavior, and maintaining accurate records of student progress. You will also be responsible for developing and implementing individualized education plans tailored to each student's needs, ensuring that they receive the best possible support to meet their learning objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Support class teachers in delivering lessons and managing classroom behavior
  • Develop and implement Individual Education Plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs
  • Track student progress, monitor behavior, and communicate feedback to staff and parents
  • Assist the teacher in leading small group activities and maintaining a well-organized, positive classroom


Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £18,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience, along with opportunities for professional development and career advancement within our organization.
