We are currently seeking an exceptional Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our dynamic team at a primary school in Birmingham.

As a key member of our teaching staff, you will work collaboratively with teachers to develop and implement engaging lesson plans, promoting inclusive education practices and supporting students with diverse learning needs.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, be able to think creatively, and have experience working with students with special educational needs (SEN). A strong commitment to delivering high-quality education and a passion for making a positive impact on young lives are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver structured lessons or parts of lessons to small groups or whole classes, ensuring effective learning and engagement.
  • Support students with diverse learning needs, including those with SEN, ensuring they achieve their full potential.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement learning strategies and interventions.
  • Manage behaviour effectively, fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Salary Information:

The salary for this role is £10,000 - £12,000 per annum (£100 - £120 per day), commensurate with experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including ongoing professional development and training opportunities, to ensure your continued growth and success in your career.
