Job Description:

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and passionate graduate to make a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs (SEN).

About the Role:

  • Provide individualized support to students with SEN, working closely with teaching staff to develop personalized learning plans.
  • Deliver one-on-one or small group sessions to enhance academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Monitor student progress, reporting findings to the SEN coordinator and relevant teaching staff.
  • Work with the school's SEN team and parents to develop and maintain Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for pupils requiring additional support.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that values diversity and promotes student well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with teachers to develop tailored learning strategies for students with SEN.
  • Deliver targeted interventions to enhance student outcomes.
  • Monitor student progress, reporting findings to the SEN coordinator and relevant teaching staff.
  • Work with the school's SEN team and parents to develop and maintain IEPs for pupils requiring additional support.

What We Offer:

An estimated salary of £81 - £90 per day, working in a supportive and inclusive team environment that values diversity and promotes student well-being.
