Job Description
We are seeking an Administrative Professional - Specialist Services to join our team at Dorset HealthCare University NHS Foundation Trust. As an Administrative Professional, you will support the efficient operation of specialist services, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have excellent time management skills and be able to prioritize tasks effectively. Key responsibilities include supporting diary management for specialist services managers, arranging meetings, and responding to meeting requests. Additionally, the successful candidate will need to develop IT skills to help run services and meetings efficiently. The role also involves managing goods ordering, receipting, and accurate coding of invoices, requiring attention to detail.
