Role Description:
">As a Women's Support Practitioner at Stepping Stones Luton, you will play a critical role in supporting women who have offended. You will work closely with colleagues and partner agencies to deliver effective services, maintaining accurate records and reports, and participating in ongoing training and professional development.
">The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of issues affecting women who have or are experiencing domestic abuse, safeguarding, social care procedures, and relevant legislation. They will also have excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
