Social Services Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Social Worker to join our team in Luton. As a key member of our Corporate Parenting service, you will work closely with children, young people, families, and agencies to provide support and protection.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Children Act 1989 and other key legislation, as well as experience in health or social care. You will need to be registered with Social Work England and have a Dip SW, CQSW or recognised equivalent qualification.

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £37,938 - £40,476 per year, plus a market supplement of £5,500 and an essential car user allowance of £963 (subject to criteria). You will also receive a generous relocation package of up to £8,000 (subject to eligibility) and a range of benefits, including flexible working options, a pension scheme, and access to training and development opportunities.
