Dedicated SEN Support Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SEND Support Assistant to join our team at LTF Recruitment. As a key member of our support staff, you will provide 1:1 support to a Year 2 pupil with cognitive delays and additional needs, working closely with teachers, therapists, and parents to create a tailored support plan.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will work collaboratively with the teaching team to develop and implement individualized plans, promoting the pupil's social, emotional, and academic growth. You will assist the pupil's access to the curriculum and participate in classroom activities, ensuring their inclusion and engagement.
Requirements- A strong background in supporting children with SEND, preferably in a primary school setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with children, staff, and parents.
- A patient and empathetic approach, with a willingness to adapt to the changing needs of the pupil.
This is a full-time, long-term contract with a salary of £95-£110 per day. As a valued member of our team, you can expect:
