Job Title: SEN Support Assistant Roles

Job Summary: Protocol Education is seeking experienced SEN Support Assistants to work with pupils of mixed ages in a Primary and Secondary setting. The successful candidates will provide 121 and Class support, focusing on the development of learning skills and creating a calm, safe environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide 121 and Class support to SEN pupils of mixed ages
  • Develop and implement individual learning plans to promote pupil progress
  • Collaborate with teachers and other support staff to ensure effective learning strategies
  • Create a safe and supportive learning environment

Requirements:

  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
  • Experience in supporting SEN individuals, either children or adults
  • The ability to commit to the standard working hours of the school (8:30 - 15:30)
  • The ability to travel to the school
