SEN TA Job Near Market Rasen

This SEN TA role is ideal for someone passionate about making a difference in a child's education and development. As a dedicated teaching assistant, you will work closely with the class teacher and SENDCo to deliver targeted support to a child with an EHCP.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have experience working with children with SEND, ideally within a 1:1 support role. The salary for this position is £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the child in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities.
  • Develop and implement strategies tailored to the child's specific needs, working closely with the class teacher and SENDCo.
  • Contribute to the development and review of the child's learning plan and progress reports.
  • Work collaboratively with the class teacher and other school staff to ensure the child's needs are met.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with children with SEND, ideally within a 1:1 support role.
  • Ability to build rapport with children and establish strong relationships.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach and ability to adapt to the child's changing needs.
