As a Teaching Assistant Trainee, you will play a vital role in the educational journey of children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) at a school catering for pupils aged 6-16 in Lincoln. Key Responsibilities:

  • Support students with SEN, assisting with their academic, social, and emotional development.
  • Collaborate with teachers to develop tailored support plans for students with SEN.
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and provide regular updates to teachers.

Requirements:

  • Must have a DBS check or be willing to obtain one.
  • Recent relevant work experience working with children, young adults, or SEN is highly desirable.

Salary Range: £20,000 - £25,000 per annum, dependent on qualifications and experience.
