Role Overview

GSL Education is seeking an experienced and passionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our vibrant Primary schools in Lincoln.

About the Role
  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Deliver engaging lessons tailored to the diverse needs of students with special educational needs.
  • Create a positive and supportive learning environment that promotes student well-being and academic growth.
  • Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to develop and implement individualized education plans.
  • Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies accordingly.
  • Foster strong relationships with students to promote their social, emotional, and academic development.
Requirements
  • Experience: Working with children with special educational needs in a primary setting.
  • Key Skills: Strong understanding of SEN teaching strategies, excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Desirable Qualifications: Relevant experience working with children with SEN or a willingness to learn.
Salary and Benefits

The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary ranging from £30,000 to £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role also offers a range of benefits, including opportunities for professional development and a supportive work environment.
