Customer Retention Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Customer Retention Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will engage with our audience, promote content, and maximise creator earnings.
As a Customer Retention Specialist, you will play a crucial role in maintaining long-term connections with our audience, ensuring they have a positive experience, and increasing engagement and retention.
- The estimated salary for this role is $50,000 - $65,000 per year, plus performance-based commission.
- You will have flexible working hours and the opportunity to earn through both salary and commission.
- Engage in real-time conversations with fans and subscribers on subscription platforms.
- Maintain a friendly, engaging, and professional tone to enhance the fan experience.
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with subscribers to increase engagement and retention.
- Promote content, upsell premium services, and maximise creator earnings.
- Collaborate with the management team to align chat strategies with creator goals.
- Track and report key metrics related to fan engagement and revenue growth.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
- Fluent in written English.
- Strong communication and conversation skills.
- Ability to work 8 hours a day, 6 days a week.
- High attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
- Must be self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
- Reliable internet connection and basic tech skills (experience with chat software is an advantage).
- Previous experience in online customer service, sales, or chat-based roles is preferred but not essential.
