The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Ecommerce Expansion Specialist to join our UK team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the Global Selling experience for UK-based Sellers on a self-service basis.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Innovation:

  • Design and execute innovative strategies to increase awareness of Global Selling among UK Sellers.
  • Develop initiatives to provide Sellers with relevant information and resources to succeed on Amazon.
  • Elevate the Seller experience by addressing key friction points.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with various stakeholders to remove barriers for Sellers, simplify processes, and automate systems for scalability.

Analytical and Program Management:

  • Use data-driven insights to develop business plans for UK Seller population and revenue growth.
  • Spearhead deep dives into Seller experiences, identifying success drivers and blockers, and devising scalable solutions.

Communication and Influence:

  • Exhibit strong communication skills to lead executive interactions and influence a broad set of technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Collaborate extensively with global partners to advocate for UK Seller-centric solutions in products and processes.

Requirements

We are looking for individuals with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or experience in sales or marketing work (like e-commerce, retail technology, SaaS). Preferred qualifications include experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level, and exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.

Salary Estimate

The estimated salary for this role is £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
