Job Description

We are seeking an Ecommerce Growth Strategist to lead our eCommerce efforts across Europe, driving sales revenue targets and optimizing ecommerce KPIs on Amazon and other leading EU pureplay accounts.

Main Responsibilities
  • Ecommerce Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Ecommerce Leadership team to identify opportunities for growth across ZURU's Toys and FMCG business, developing plans for emerging market expansion in the Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, and Poland.
  • Pureplay Account Management: Own Vendor Central Account management for Amazon EU4, leveraging ecommerce insights and knowledge to optimize ZURU's ecommerce capabilities and drive sales on pureplay ecom retailers.
  • Advertising Solutions: Provide strategic direction to our in-house performance advertising team, utilizing sponsored products, sponsored brands, and sponsored display ads to drive sales and revenue growth.
  • Market Research: Identify market and customer range gaps, proposing innovative solutions to drive product development and provide ongoing cross-market learnings and solutions for growth.
Requirements
  • At least 4 years of sales account management experience, preferably with vendor central experience or working with EU pureplay ecommerce retailers like Otto, Allegro.
  • Experience with end-to-end product lifecycle on Amazon or other pureplay platforms, including direct imports/FOB experience.
  • Ability to own projects end-to-end, bias for action, and overcome challenges to drive results, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
