About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Ecommerce Strategist to join our team at HeadX. As a key member of our growth-focused department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing high-impact ecommerce strategies that drive revenue and customer engagement.

As a senior ecommerce strategist, you will have a proven track record of success in managing complex ecommerce projects, with expertise in areas such as conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and sales copywriting. Your ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to business challenges will be essential in driving growth and improving customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Full Ownership of Ecommerce Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive ecommerce strategies that align with business objectives, including conversion rate optimization, customer journey mapping, and personalization.
  • A/B Testing and Experimentation: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to identify opportunities for improvement and inform data-driven decisions.
  • Sales Copywriting and Content Creation: Craft compelling sales copy and develop engaging content that resonates with target audiences and drives conversions.
  • Ecommerce Platform Management: Manage and optimize our Shopify platform, ensuring seamless user experiences, efficient operations, and scalability.
Requirements
  • 8+ years of experience in ecommerce strategy, management, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driving revenue growth through ecommerce initiatives.
  • Expertise in conversion rate optimization, A/B testing, and sales copywriting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
