About the Role

This Commercial Development Leader position offers a unique opportunity to drive growth and expansion within a dynamic organisation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to increase sales through new and existing channels.

Key duties will include:

  1. Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with prospective clients
  2. Developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies to achieve target participant numbers
  3. Participating in programme planning and delivery to ensure successful outcomes
  4. Providing leadership and guidance to the team to achieve goals and objectives
  5. Ensuring the central CRM system is up-to-date and maintained

The base salary for this position is £45,000 - £50,000, with an annual bonus opportunity and a flexible working arrangement.
