Head of Growth and Revenue

We are looking for a skilled Head of Growth and Revenue to drive our business forward in a leading Comparison Shopping Service (CSS) company.
In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase revenue and growth, while managing a team of Partnership Managers. You will work closely with the Head of Partnerships to develop a plan that aligns with the company's overall objectives.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing revenue-generating initiatives
- Leading a team of Partnership Managers to achieve targets
- Building and maintaining relationships with key partners and networks
- Analysing sales data to inform strategic decisions
To be successful in this role, you will need 5+ years of experience in business development and affiliate marketing/PPC agency sales, as well as strong leadership and communication skills. A competitive salary of £55,532 - £60,159 per annum is offered, along with a range of employee benefits, including remote working allowances and access to professional therapist sessions.
