We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Adult Care Practitioner to join our team at Advantage Healthcare. As a key member of our care delivery team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs.
About the RoleThis is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and caring individual to enhance their skills and career prospects in adult care. You will have access to comprehensive training and clinical support to develop your expertise in areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.
You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care that meets the unique needs of each individual. Your exceptional communication skills, empathy, and resilience will enable you to build strong relationships with service users and their families.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Provide training and education to colleagues on complex care topics
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A passion for delivering high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including:
