Care Support Associate

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Support Associate to join our team at Wigginton Cottage in Tamworth, part of Priory Adult Care.
This is an exciting opportunity to make a lasting difference in people's lives by supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, Prader-Willi Syndrome, or mental health conditions.
As a Care Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live as independently as possible.
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing personal care and assistance with daily living tasks
- Supporting residents with their day-to-day activities and hobbies
- Encouraging independence and promoting a sense of community
The ideal candidate will be reliable, friendly, and caring, with excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
