The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, with experience in employee relations, performance management, and wellbeing initiatives.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs, conducting coaching sessions, and analyzing employee data to identify areas for improvement. You will also collaborate with the Head of People to develop and implement policies and procedures that support our business objectives.
