Employee Experience Coordinator

We are looking for an Employee Experience Coordinator to join our team at Redline Group Ltd. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional employee experiences through proactive and professional HR support.
About the Position:
- Manage the end-to-end employee lifecycle, from recruitment to exit.
- Implement and maintain employee engagement initiatives and activities.
- Liaise with senior stakeholders to provide guidance on HR issues and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective employee engagement strategies to improve employee satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate and timely records of employee data and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with HR Business Partners to support operational activity and develop knowledge and good performance management practice.
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience in a commercial HR department, with understanding of local employment law and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Estimated Salary: £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
