  **Senior Employee Relations Advisor, Cambridge**

About the Role:

  We are seeking a skilled Senior Employee Relations Advisor to join our dynamic team on a temporary basis for a period of 9 months. This role is pivotal in supporting our exceptional employee relations services, working closely with managers and staff to deliver professional and responsive advisory support.

  As a technical expert in employee relations, you will proactively manage cases and contribute to policy improvements across our international organization.

  Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert guidance on people and culture policies, procedures, and employment terms.
  • Support managers with end-to-end formal case management.
  • Proactively manage case workloads from receipt through to conclusion.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders to understand and develop strategies for resolving employee relations challenges.

  Required Qualifications and Skills:

  • CIPD qualified or significant demonstrable experience within an Employee Relations or Generalist role.
  • Proven ability in managing complex Employee Relations cases.
  • Extensive experience in stakeholder management and collaborating with People and Culture teams.

  Benefits:

  • Competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
