The estimated annual salary for this role in High Wycombe is £65,000 - £80,000.

Hovis Ltd, a leading bakery company, is looking for a talented Revenue Enhancement Lead to drive revenue growth and profitability. Reporting directly to the Commercial Strategy & Planning Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing revenue-enhancing strategies across the company's iconic brand.

A successful candidate will have significant experience in a Blue Chip FMCG environment with a strong record of successfully delivering revenue growth strategies and their implementation. They will be able to identify and discuss revenue growth opportunities through diagnostic analysis and create a plan for implementation with cross-functional teams.

You will also be responsible for creating metrics for success, tracking, monitoring, and guiding against these metrics, and developing mitigation plans. Additionally, you will coordinate the tools to deliver NPD execution excellence and agree and set minimum rate targets by product type and customer.

  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent) with experience in a Blue Chip FMCG environment in Customer Marketing/Category/FMCG or equivalent
