Revenue Growth Executive

We are a staffing agency based in High Wycombe, providing top talent to various sectors. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and be able to drive revenue growth and increase profitability.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective growth strategies for existing accounts
- Create account plans and report on sales performance monthly
- Design industry-leading presentations with the creative team, operations team, and suppliers as needed
- Bid on new business opportunities and present proposals to external stakeholders
- Manage global sourcing and fulfillment services efficiently
- Lead one Account Executive, effectively allocating their time and resources when necessary
- Ensure comprehensive knowledge of processes and systems
- Provide accurate order information to Account Executives
- Meet and exceed sales targets regularly
- Previous sales experience in the corporate promotional merchandise sector (beneficial but not essential)
- Target-driven individual with a background of exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience dealing with high-profile clients
- Awareness of European and Far East supply chains with the capability to deliver complex projects
- Creative thinking and product development from concept to production
- Team player with personality, empathy, and a drive to succeed
- Exceptional organizational, priority management, and attention to detail skills
- Problem-solving capabilities
Monday to Friday, 9am-5.30pm
