About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Communications and Learning Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our Communications and Learning team, you will play a vital role in supporting the delivery of our strategy and helping to promote the initiatives we support.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Communications Manager to develop and implement a communications plan that showcases our work and highlights the impact of our initiatives.
  • Support the Communications Manager in creating and sharing engaging content across our social media channels and website.
  • Work with the Communications Manager to organize and deliver webinars and training events to support our learning and impact approach.
  • Assist the Impact Support Manager in assessing and processing Funding Plus applications and awards.
  • Support the administration of Tools and arrange training for organizations we fund.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to produce engaging content for different audiences.
  • Knowledge and experience of one of our sectors, gained through previous roles, personal projects, studies, or community engagement.
  • Demonstrated interest in communications or campaigning, with experience of using different social media channels.
  • Collaborative team player with the ability to work with a diverse range of people.
  • IT skills, with experience in using Word, PowerPoint, and other relevant software.

  • An active, constructive contributor to the team, with a genuine interest in and commitment to our ethos and values.
