About the Role

As a Community Outreach Specialist, you will provide initial triage and assessments to individuals accessing our Integrated Advice service to identify their needs and complexities. You will deliver advice sessions onsite and in outreach venues, such as GP surgeries, children's centres, and neighbourhood hubs, providing free, impartial, and confidential assistance on social welfare, housing, debt, energy advice, and money management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide initial triage and assessments to identify individual needs and complexities
  • Deliver advice sessions onsite and in outreach venues
  • Offer free, impartial, and confidential assistance on social welfare, housing, debt, energy advice, and money management
  • Work across a range of contracts and support the team in delivering key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements
