This role will involve working closely with the Outreach team to evidence programme impact, support continuous improvement, and share findings with internal and external audiences.

As the Outreach Evaluation Specialist, you will be responsible for synthesising multiple sources of information to support sophisticated understanding of how our programmes are making an impact.

You will need to develop clear evaluation and reporting priorities to direct analysis, and apply these insights to support timely and informative communication with key stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a broad toolkit of evaluation methods, and the experience to understand how they apply in different contexts.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Building relationships with Outreach programme coordinators and managers to anchor evaluation in a real-world understanding of our programmes and participants
  • Pulling together many complex threads of information and distilling the 'so what'
  • Developing clear evaluation and reporting priorities to direct analysis
  • Applying insights to support timely and informative communication with key stakeholders
