Crusher Plant Technician

Job Description:- Conduct routine maintenance to ensure optimal performance of the crusher plant.
- Inspect, diagnose, and repair faults in JCB crushers and related machinery.
- Troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical systems.
- Perform major overhauls and ensure machinery complies with safety and operational standards.
- Attend breakdowns on-site, providing rapid and effective solutions to minimize downtime.
- Maintain accurate service records and complete job reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
The ideal candidate will possess relevant qualifications, such as City and Guild, NVQ or SVQ in Construction Plant / HGV / Light Vehicle etc (essential) and experience in construction plant, diesel engines, electrics, hydraulics, transmissions, and fault finding using electronic diagnostic equipment.
This role offers an attractive salary package, including an estimated salary of £50,000 - £70,000 per annum, based on experience. Other benefits include a competitive overtime rate, appraisal program, and 30 days annual leave increasing with length of service up to a total of 35 days.
