We are looking for a talented Industrial Technician to join our team at Riverside Recruitment. As an Electrical Engineer, you will play a critical role in maintaining the mechanical and electrical systems at our manufacturing site in Carlisle. Responsibilities:
- Train and assess production staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Develop and implement engineering plans to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Manage and maintain equipment, including planned maintenance and repairs.
- Report on plant performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
What You Need:
To be successful in this role, you will need strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Experience working in a manufacturing environment is essential, as well as a good understanding of electrical and mechanical systems. Salary: £46,500 per year.
