Administrative Coordinator

Job Summary: Remedy Education is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support the daily operations of our college. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to faculty, staff, and students, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as required.
- Maintain and update office records, databases, and filing systems.
- Coordinate and organize college events, meetings, and conferences.
- Respond to inquiries and provide information to students, parents, and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring that inventory is maintained and orders are placed as needed.
- Assist with the onboarding of new staff and faculty, including preparing orientation materials and arranging training sessions.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of college policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree or higher preferred.
- Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within an educational setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Demonstrated attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- A positive and professional attitude with a commitment to providing exceptional service.
