Job Title: Portfolio Management Office Lead - Data Management Expert
Job Summary:
Smart DCC is seeking an experienced Portfolio Management Office Lead to play a critical role in the design, establishment, and operational success of our Enterprise Portfolio Management Office (EPMO). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the design, development, and implementation of EPMO strategies and frameworks across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and Implementation: Manage the design, development, and implementation of EPMO strategies and frameworks across the organization.
- Service Development: Lead on the design, refinement, and implementation of EPMO services and processes, ensuring they are efficient, scalable, documented, and meet the highest standards.
- Training and Communication: Develop training and communication plans to launch and embed new EPMO services.
Requirements:
- Design Experience: Proven experience in designing and operating portfolio management offices in a complex organizational setting.
- Senior Management Skills: Excellent senior management relationship development skills with the confidence to effectively challenge others where appropriate.
- Project Management Expertise: Proven project management expertise, including strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with flexibility and adaptability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Change Management: Ability to influence, shape, and drive improvement initiatives in fast-paced and complex environments with multiple internal and external stakeholder groups.
- Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage a complex set of stakeholder interactions and resolve conflicting priorities if required.
