Residential Asset Portfolio Manager at CHL Head Office

CHL Head Office is a leading property company based in London, specializing in residential, commercial, and hotel investments. We are currently seeking a proactive Residential Asset Portfolio Manager to oversee our diverse portfolio of 1,367 flats across multiple residential buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage comprehensive building budgets.
  • Support senior team in evaluating strategic development opportunities.
  • Provide regular financial reports to management and stakeholders.
  • Analyze and optimize cash flow.

Compliance and Risk Management:

  • Ensure completion of thorough risk assessments.
  • Implement compliance actions and maintain regulatory requirements.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records.
  • Ensure certifications are up to date.

Lettings and Property Management:

  • Direct and oversee the lettings team and operations.
  • Manage relationships with external agents.
  • Conduct market research and analyze rental trends.
  • Develop and implement effective marketing strategies.
  • Track and manage expenses and contracts.

Parking and Utilities Management:

  • Coordinate parking partnerships and contracts.
  • Supervise parking operations and revenue management.
  • Promote parking rentals and optimize revenue streams.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in residential asset management and portfolio development.
  • Strong budgeting, financial, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of compliance and risk management regulations.
  • Effective leadership, team management, and communication skills.
  • Market research and analysis skills.
  • Experience in utilities and parking management.
