Portfolio Asset Strategist - Client-Focused, Real Estate Firm

Cobalt Recruitment is collaborating with a distinguished client-focused organization in search of a skilled Portfolio Asset Strategist. This role is ideal for individuals currently in Property Management or Agency roles who are eager to transition into a more strategic Asset Management position, benefiting from exceptional mentorship throughout the process.

The firm has experienced remarkable growth in its asset portfolio over recent years and is keen to expand its team with a committed Asset Strategist. You will have the opportunity to work closely with the Head of Asset Management, who is renowned for fostering professional development and expertise in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Head of Asset Management to implement value-enhancing strategies for a thriving national portfolio that is on an upward trajectory.
  • Engage in various projects including refurbishments, lease negotiations, and capital expenditure initiatives.
  • Adopt a proactive approach to managing the portfolio, which involves direct interaction with tenants, site visits, and addressing the complexities associated with an industrial asset base.
  • Handle daily operational tasks related to property management within the portfolio.

Candidate Profile:

  • Strategic thinker with a proactive mindset, capable of transitioning into a value-driven Asset Management role.
  • MRICS qualification is preferred.
  • We welcome candidates from diverse surveying backgrounds, particularly those with experience in Property/Asset Management or Agency/Landlord & Tenant roles.

Compensation:

The remuneration package will be tailored to the successful candidate, including an attractive bonus structure.
