Customer Support Specialist

The Customer Support Specialist will be responsible for managing incoming calls from customers and establishing their requirements. The successful candidate will also be responsible for liaising extensively with clients and managing requests for services or repairs.
Key Responsibilities:- Liaise extensively with clients and manage requests for services or repairs
- Manage incoming calls from customers and establish their requirements
- Book jobs on the computer system and prepare detailed worksheets
- Schedule jobs in the diary for the relevant engineer to complete works
- Follow up with customers once engineers have visited to ensure they are happy
- Prepare quotations for customers when needed and chase to obtain confirmed orders
Requirements
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong attention to detail. They will also be comfortable using computer systems and be able to learn new software quickly.
