About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to lead our Trade Branch Network. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and customer satisfaction, while ensuring the smooth operation of our branches.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a small team to achieve sales and branch targets
  • Develop relationships with customers to enhance sales and customer experience
  • Manage day-to-day branch operations and team in order to deliver excellence
  • Support regional teams with recruitment and training
  • Provide exceptional customer service and operational standards

Requirements
  • Hands-on leadership style, with a focus on driving sales and customer satisfaction
  • Passion and energy to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business targets
  • Customer-focused approach, with a willingness to serve customers and engage with potential future customers
  • Commercial approach to drive sales and maximise margins
  • Good organisational skills, drive, and leadership abilities to manage a branch effectively
  • Full and valid driving license
  • Strong management skills and experience of leading a team
  • Experience within a similar management role, ideally in a trade/builders merchant/retail, glazing, or uPVC environment
