POSITION: Branch Operations Manager
WORK HOURS: 44 hours per week - Permanent Position
COMPENSATION: Starting at £28, with potential earnings reaching up to £38, annually

RESPONSIBILITIES OF OUR BRANCH MANAGERS:

  • Lead the branch and utilize team management skills to develop a small team
  • Ensure optimal branch operations
  • Build strong relationships with customers and enhance the sales and service experience
  • Oversee daily branch operations and team management to achieve excellence
  • Manage team attendance and deployment
  • Assist regional teams with recruitment efforts
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain operational standards to meet sales targets
  • Support training initiatives and maintain training records for branch staff

QUALIFICATIONS FOR OUR BRANCH MANAGERS:

  • Hands-on leadership style, leading by example, and focused on driving team performance
  • Passion and energy for delivering exceptional customer service and achieving business objectives
  • Customer-centric approach, eager to assist and engage with potential customers
  • Commercial mindset to drive sales and maximize profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction
  • Strong organizational skills, drive, and leadership capabilities to effectively manage a branch
  • A valid driving license is required
  • Proven management skills and experience in leading a team
  • Experience in a similar management role, preferably in a trade, builders merchant, retail, glazing, or uPVC environment is advantageous
