RESPONSIBILITIES OF OUR BRANCH MANAGERS:
- Lead the Branch and utilize team management skills to develop a small team
- Ensure the Branch operates efficiently
- Build relationships with customers and enhance sales and customer experience within the branch
- Oversee daily Branch operations and manage the team to deliver excellence
- Handle team absences and deployment
- Assist regional teams with recruitment efforts
- Provide exceptional customer service and uphold operational standards to achieve Branch sales targets
- Support training initiatives and maintain training records for Branch staff
REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR BRANCH MANAGERS:
- Hands-on approach, leading by example, and focused on driving the team to meet sales and branch targets
- Passion and energy to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve business objectives
- Customer-centric mindset, eager to serve and engage with potential customers
- Commercial acumen to drive sales and maximize margins while ensuring customer satisfaction
- Strong organizational skills, drive, and leadership capabilities to manage a Branch effectively
- A full and valid driving license is essential
- Proven management skills and experience in leading a team
- Experience in a similar management role, ideally within a trade, builders merchant, retail, glazing, or uPVC environment, is advantageous
