About the Job:
We're seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester Healthcare. In this role, you'll be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, working closely with our clinical team to ensure their needs are met. Responsibilities:
* Provide person-centred care and support to residents
* Supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants
* Collaborate with the clinical team to deliver exceptional care and support
* Respect and uphold the dignity and preferences of residents
Requirements:
* NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care
* Specific knowledge of clinical care for the elderly
* Warm-hearted, compassionate, and committed to delivering individualised care and support
Salary Range:
$22,000 - $28,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
