Care Home Team Leader Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Team Leader to join our care home team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a vital role in shaping the care experience for our residents, ensuring it meets their unique needs and preferences.
Responsibilities include leading and supervising carers, developing and implementing individual care plans, and maintaining accurate records. You will also contribute to the development of care policies and procedures, working collaboratively with colleagues to achieve high-quality outcomes.
About the Ideal Candidate
- A minimum of a Level 3 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is required, along with a willingness to undertake the assessor qualification.
- Previous experience as a senior carer or team leader in a care setting is highly desirable.
- Strong leadership and communication skills are essential for this role, along with a caring approach and commitment to our values.
Compensation and Rewards
