Care Home Operations Manager

In this esteemed position at Barchester Healthcare, you will play a pivotal role in fostering an environment that prioritizes residents' independence, privacy, dignity, and choice. As a senior leader, you will oversee Carers and Senior Carers, ensuring meticulous adherence to individual care plans and upholding high standards of care.
This leadership role involves not only supervising but also contributing to clinical responsibilities, including documentation of observations and minor wound dressing procedures. You will serve as a model for your team, creating a safe, reassuring, and welcoming atmosphere for residents and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spearheading the creation of stimulating experiences for residents
- Liaising with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Maintaining accurate records of resident care and progress
About You
To excel in this position, you will require significant experience in care leadership, having supervised others and developed advanced clinical care skills for older adults. A Level 3 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is essential, along with a commitment to ongoing professional development and a passion for delivering person-centred care.
Compensation Package:
The salary range for this role is £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, commensurate with location and experience.
