About the Role

A highly skilled and experienced Team Leader is required to lead a care team at our residential care home, delivering exceptional person-centred care and support. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure high standards are met in all aspects of resident care.

This role involves supervising and mentoring Carers and Senior Carers, ensuring they follow individual care plans meticulously and maintain accurate records. You will be responsible for performing simple wound dressing procedures and other clinical responsibilities. A strong leader with a caring approach is required to create a safe and reassuring environment for residents and their families.

Requirements

  • A Level 3 NVQ or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care is essential, along with a willingness to undertake the assessor qualification.
  • Proven senior-level care experience, having supervised others and developed clinical care skills for older adults.

Salary and Benefits
