**Resident Comfort Assistant Position Available**

We are looking for a reliable and caring Resident Comfort Assistant to join our team at a care home in Chippenham. This role involves ensuring residents' clothing and linens are properly cleaned and maintained, contributing to their overall comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort, wash, dry, fold, and iron residents' clothing and linens with care and attention to detail
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe laundry area
  • Follow infection control and hygiene standards
  • Report any issues with laundry equipment or supplies
  • Collaborate with care home staff to ensure resident needs are met efficiently

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 3 to 4 shifts per week
  • Access to a vehicle for easy transportation (for Bristol and Bath applicants)
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • A compassionate, professional attitude suited to a care home environment
