About the Position:
As a Bank Senior Care Assistant, you'll be responsible for overseeing the daily needs of our residents, working closely with our clinical team to deliver exceptional care and support. You'll supervise and motivate a team of Care Assistants, supporting them in their duties and fostering a positive working environment.

* Support the clinical team in areas such as medication management, assessments, care plans, or care reviews
